Amen. Why are temps getting the bonuses? That's what floors me. I guess to keep them around- problem is, temps are trained right away- they might sit in the office for a month or two filing and putting together packets because they can't interview yet. They get the same as me? Seeing all the clients I do?
They're giving temps the bonuses too because they want to keep them around. My office currently has zero regular status clerks - all of our clerks are temps. And truthfully, ours are most definitely carrying their load (who isn't these days?). I was more worried about them not giving the bonuses to those who did get jobs in jsap- There would've been hell to pay if they hadn't!
Gee....he didn't mentioned the problems that TIERS has. And you sure can't do workarounds with TIERS.
