When you bank, do you not WANT to have human interaction????? After all, that's your money! So using that anology would our clients not also desire HUMAN interaction - not calling 211 and being put on hold, put off or completely ignored??

The whole time I listened to Albert "answer" questions, I kept thinking about Charles Durning's role as the Governor of Texas in the Best Little Whorehouse in Texas - oooooo, I love to dance a little sidestep, now you see me now you don't, I've come and gone. . .Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-25606055.post-1156187666151975482006-08-21T14:14:00.000-05:002006-08-21T14:14:00.000-05:00One of his comments on deciding to go private was ...One of his comments on deciding to go private was the employees efficiency. On banking, there is nothing to verify. How many times have you tried to do something on line and it be down and call the bank and they tell you to come in and they will help you? You can't even do everything at the drive thru either. This is disgusting...Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
