Well it took the clients to finally get them to start hiring - i guess they turned away from how bad it was until it was thrust in their faces by a lawsuit - appears that only that catches their attention. But tiers continues and money keeps flowing out the door - it would be better used to rebuild the staff and provide for adequate training of staff. Well thanks for hanging in there - appreciate you time and effort to post this info.
